And if so, can you give me the 800 number for customer service on the back of your card?  I'm trying to order concert tix through a presale and for some reason my gold card's # (which is supposed to be the password for the sale) isn't working and calling customer service was no help.  The woman just couldn't grasp my question.

Got it.  And, I am totally a moron.  I was putting the 1 in front, which makes it NOT a 10 digit code.  Duh.  Thanks!!
