DS is a little over 14 months and has yet to start pointing.  Everything I've read says they should be pointing by 12 months.  I don't know if it's something I should call and ask the pedi about before his 15 month appt or just wait till then.  Or maybe I shouldn't be worried about it at all?

I definitely wouldn't worry - wait until the appointment.  Kids all hit the milestones at different times.  In the meantime, maybe model some pointing for him to get the idea...

My (almost) 15 month old doesn't point. I really don't think you should be concerned, especially if he's meeting some of his other milestones.

I wouldn't worry about it! I can't remember when DS started pointing consistently, but I definitely remember feeling like he was a late bloomer with it!

No worries...mine didn't start pointing until 18 months

Don't worry about it.  Just mention it at the 15 month appt if he's still not doing it.
