Acupuncture to go?

Had acupuncture today and loved it like I always do! She did a few new things and a little of the old. I always feel so great leaving there because I feel like I'm doing something pro-active! 

She wants to get my blood moving because she thinks that is my problem, so she put in teeny tiny needles to stay in for as long as possible. She said keep them in until they fall out, probably just a few days. This is the first time I'm doing them so we'll see how long I can leave them in there. I'm all for trying new things!

    Oh wow!!  I've never had needles to go!!  That is really interesting.  I look forward to hearing how it goes.

    Yeah, I definitely gave her the Hmm when she first told me. They are hard to explain, they are like teeny teeny teeny thumbtacks. I'll let you know how long they stay in for!
