Parenting perk in an ice storm

As DH and I were buttoning down the hatches in anticipation of the "catastrophic ice storm" as the news is calling it, we realized not only do we have an assortment of flashlights but we are beyond stocked in regards to batteries. Our kitchen counter is sporting the usual generic flashlights as well as a Plex, John Deere and a surprisingly strong play worker model. I momentarily freaked about batteries until DH pointed out that they take the same size as DS toys. (We buy them by the 50 counts)  So my ladies just when we didn't think parenting could be anymore exciting or rewarding it's also useful.

    Ha, DH just filled all our of smaller flashlights with AAs....the AAs that we keep on hand for Elizabeth's FP seahorse!
    After 20 months, 3 Clomid cycles and 4 IUI cycles, IVF #1 with ICSI = BFP!
