Which ERGO?

I can spot the obvious differences between the Original Ergo, Ergo Sport and Ergo Performance, is there one that people prefer over the other? I looked up the info their website but it didn't really help me. Hopefully you can!

My husband and I are not big people (me- 5'1" him 5'8") so we don't need the extra room in the waist or shoulder straps.

From everything I've read, I would go with the Performance.  The only reason we didn't (Sport instead) is that DH is such a big guy (6'3", barrel chest, long torso).  I think the extra length of the shoulder straps on the Sport might be important for him, particularly as our baby becomes a toddler and takes up more room in the carrier.

I also have an Organic for me, which I got a great deal on at babysteals.com a month or so ago.  But obviously we haven't been able to use either of these yet.
