BFP with DE...and super nervous!

Hi ladies, I don't know if any of you remember me - I've been on the IF board for several years. I didn't post a BFP there because I haven't been very active lately (better for me to keep my mind off anything baby-related), so I'm cautiously dipping my toes in over here. If any IF ladies are lurking, thank you so much for everything over the years!
My first beta on Friday was 237 and the second today was 517. The nurse said they are fine with it although I think it should be higher... I'm super nervous because I don't know if I could handle another loss and have been at this for so long I just really want this to be it. My next beta is Thurs. Any thoughts on my numbers are welcome!

IVF #3: Antagonist, no fertilization
One last ditch effort at OE IVF (antagonist with Clomid) cancelled
DE cycle #1 Jan/Feb 2011, BFP, ectopic
DE cycle #2 June/July 2011 - BFP
10/28/11 Baby girl lost at 17 weeks due to pre-term labor. We love and miss you.
DE cycle #3 June/July 2012 - BFP, twins, both heartbeats stopped, D&C
2 frosties but don't know what's next
FET Dec 2012: BFP! Praying this one sticks for the long haul!

Congrats! Your numbers look great!
I know its hard, but don't worry and try to remember the eggs this time were better than they've ever been. It will turn out wonderfully for you!

Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!

My concern with the betas was that the second beta was drawn after 3 days (not 2) so I felt like it should have increased one and a half times, but it didn't. I guess I'll see what happens with my next beta on Thursday!

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.
MTHFR A1298C & C677T, Immune Issues and Factor II
