Anyone facebook savvy?

I am starting to organize a school reunion.  I wanted to start a facebook page, because I thought that would be the easiest way to get the word out and get feedback on dates and events.  This is my question, can people who are not on facebook still view the page if they are emailed a link to it?

yes, I do a ton of events through FB and had one hold out friend wh owouldnt join and I was able to send it to her
