So I've started exercising a lot more regularly (it kind of all fell off after I had DS). While I'm definitely noticing an improvement in my mid-section, I feel like I'm stuck with loose skin, even as I gain muscle tone. I never carried weight in my stomach before DS, so this is beyond annoying. Any tips to regain a flat, smooth abdomen?

I've been doing a weight-training/cardio class and have noticed a big difference all over. My belly is taking longer than the rest of me, but I'm seeing a difference there, too, after only about four weeks.
I'm just going to keep working at it. I'm not sure the remnants of my stretchies will smooth out any time soon, but I'm hopeful that if I can tighten things up enough that the little bumps won't bother me too much because it's such an overall improvement.
Although for me it's #2, so that may make a difference as well.

lol. in the 20 minutes i spent with her last night, i came to the same conclusion.
I forgot to add, but have you ever tried Pilates? They really focus on the core.
