I had a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich and applesauce, which was pretty good today.

Leftover Turkey noodle soup with homemade noodles. I couldn't stomach the noodles so I just age the carrots, celery, potatoes, and turkey with lots of crackers.
I had some leftover chicken breast I wanted to use up, so I made a chicken sandwich on ww roll with tomato, argulua (sp?) and lots of mustard. It was so good.

Day 1 of Healthier Eating- so far so good...
Lunch today is a big salad with grilled pork loin, dried cherries & feta, plus Wheat Thins Fiber Select crackers on the side and some grapes
