help-stomach bug and low supply

I just got over a stomach bug that lasted until about Saturday.  I was dehydrated, not able to eat, etc.  No surprise, I'm not producing as much milk.  Baby seems a little frustrated while nursing, and I'm at eork today and pumped only 3 oz (usually get about 6 at the first time pumping).

Any suggestions or any idea of how long this will last?  I'm eating and drinking a little more than normal.

For me every time I've had low supply due to sickness or something, it's taken about 2 days to get back to normal.  My DD doesn't drink as much with me as she does at daycare so every Monday my supply seems to be lower.  By Wednesday I am a pumping machine again   Good luck!
