I have been lurking and checking out your blog.  I have started making my own yogurt, but I want some granola to go in it!  Do you have a good recipe?

Thanks so much!  I am always hesitant to use internet recipes since I've gotten burned a few times, but I love it when they come recommended. 

2 cups seems like a lot of coconut.  Do you use that much, or do you cut it down?

I do not have a good granola recipe. I have tried 2, but I did not like either one. One was from Cooking Light and the other was from a blog.  The Cooking Light one was borning.  The one from the blog was down out right awful.
