sore feet?

This morning I woke up and my soles were killing me! They feel like they did after traipsing around Europe for 4 weeks straight, 12 hours a day. All we did was go from house (where I mostly read) to dinner at the my ILs yesterday. The good news is they aren't swollen.

What's going on?

    My feet hurt a little bit at 15 weeks, but this past weekend, at 17wks, they were killing me. I think it was because I wore heels on Friday night and stood a lot, then Saturday night I wore heels again but sat, and yesterday I wore heels to church and did a little more up/down and walking in them. I came home and put on running shoes for comfort and when I took them off before going to bed, I noticed my feet were so swollen! I thought that it might be too early for swollen feet, but I guess not. I was also super bloated this past weekend.

    That's been happening to me, too.  I'm terrified of getting the giant bloaty feet in general, and now I'm really terrified of it lasting for months.
