Prenatal Yoga

Any recommendations for a great prenatal yoga class in southern NH? 

And "Hi" by the way... first time mom, due in August... I usually hang out on the August 2011 board.  :)

Missing my little one lost at 9 weeks on 2.24.13. brokenhearted but not broken... 

d&c 5/21/13... Still Healing, Still Standing... 

MMC discovered 10/2/2013, TWINS... d&c 10/7/2013.  I still miss you, little ones. 

Surgery December 2013 to remove a 10+cm fibroid... Open myomectomy. Benched for 3-9 months... 
Will TTC summer Summer 2014 we hope!

Dear God, Since I couldn't hold my little one in my lap and tell him about you, could you hold him in your lap and tell him about me?

    St. Joesph Hospital and Southern New Hampshire Medical both offered classes.  I went to both places and they were great classes

    I've been taking prenatal yoga at Yoga and More in Nashua off exit 5.  As a runner (pre-pregnant) I have found yoga to be the most exercise I get these days.

    I do drop-in classes at NiniBambini in Bedford.  I've never tried the classes at Healing Hands, but that is where I go to the chiropractor and Dr. Jess is great!

    HA! I'm due in August too...Congrats!  

     Going to sign up at NiniBambini in August this week.  A friend of mine teaches childbirth classes there and likes it a lot.  I trust her, so I was planning on checking them out.  

     A new place, Yoga Balance opened on Hooksett Rd not too long ago, so maybe there too.
