Yeast infection?

I've never had one before this, but I am guessing that is what this is  

No unusual discharge, but I am itching like freaking crazy! Its driving me batty!!!!! Aghhh.

If anyone can tell me something I can use or do to relieve this, I would be so grateful! I am getting desperate lol.

monistat 7 day...not just the external cream though....get the kind that has the internal meds.  Works like a charm.
