What do you use for diaper rash?

Someone just told me that using things like A&D can clog up cloth diapers.  I did not know this and am kind of worried I'm ruining my diapers.  Finn doesn't get diaper rash much at all, but if we keep him in 'sposies for awhile, he ends up looking like a baboon.  So what do you ladies use on diaper rash?  Sadly I'm not BFing, so I can't use milk.  

Oh, and we use gdiapers.  I don't know if it matters.

CJ's BUTTer.  The best stuff ever- hands down.  We use a tub for the changing table and we have a stick in the diaper bag.  Pink Sugar and Blueberry Crumble are my favorite scents, but I think they are all pretty much delicious.

Another vote for CJ's BUTTer! I love it. We put some on her bum before bed and she never has redness. Smells great too!
