    NO SURGERY NEEDED!

     

    It's a severe sprain/strain and I need to take meds, rest and watch what I do around the house.  I'm also supposed to lift Kate w/ caution.   I also need to add massage care into our chiro plan...so that will take some budget adjustment.

     

    But this is really, really GREAT news.
