Is there a way to stop recieving text from one specific person?

My MIL is truly crazy. It's sad honestly she needs help. Is there anyway to block her text messages?

I think it depends on your carrier. I have Verizon and I can block certain phone numbers (so I don't receive calls/text from that person).

I would call your phone provider and ask them.

This. I'm sorry. I have a friend with AT&T and unfortunately it was $10/month.

With Sprint, they can block texts from a number, but not calls. Most people usually will get the "this person is not accepting texts" text if they try to text you....and assume they can't call you either. Or,they don't have the balls to call and say what they were text harrassing you with anuway.
