I've been looking at these two brands for their hybrid abilities. We travel frequently and it seems that the disposable insert option for when we are away from home is quite attractive.
Which of these two would you recommend? why?

I have both (and I just won the Friday Fluff Flip Travel Pack woohoo). I like the Grovia better because I like their cloth inserts better. They snap in, are contoured and gussetted and just fit my DD better. If I was going to use the disposable inserts though (I never have) I would go with Flip because the inserts are so much cheaper.

We use GroVia. I like the Aplix closures (I believe Flip is only avail. in snaps) and cute prints on the covers. I've only used the GroVia brand disposable inserts in them, but might try the Flip since I hear they're cheaper. The Bio-Soakers are completely biodegradable/compostable and I'm not sure if the Flips are.
