I remember watching the news on tv at school. I can't believe it has been twenty five years already.

I was a freshman. and I remember I was wearing my skin tight ivy print Guess jean with the zippers at the ankles. I remember watching it on the evening news with my mom.

I was 5 and in half-day kindergarten, but mom had me in the "PM class" b/c she didn't like getting up early, so I was watching TV while she was blow drying her hair. I went in and told her that the space shuttle blew up, but she didn't believe me and told me that no, all that smoke was normal when they lifted off. I insisted that it had actually blown up, and made her go look at the TV. She was horrified. It had really struck me b/c that teacher had been on board, so I was following it pretty closely.

I can't believe that was 25 years ago......
