I've only been officially charting and using OPK's for the past 2 cycles, but I have had one 10 day LP and one 9 day LP so I am concerned. I am waiting to get into my OB, but does anyone have experience with this? I am going to start red raspberry leaf tea, EPO, and possibly vitamin B this cycle to help regulate, but would be interested in any other ideas. Thanks!

It's true that B6 can cause nerve damage but at extremely high doses. The 100 mg / day isn't going to harm you. B vitamins are water soluble so you will just pee out any excess. I've also read that Vitex can help lengthen a LP.
Mine varies between 8 and 13, more likely on the low side. I am going to my RE next for my first appt and will see what they have to say then... and will update it here.
check out my charts.
I had a 9-10 day LP and with 100mg B6 (or also just my body evening out after BCP's) I now have a 13-14 day LP.
However, I still spot through most of my LP so it's not exactly perfect. I am getting b/w done this cycle to see if I have low P4.
I was taking EPO but I have since learned it can be estrogenic and contribute to spotting (even if stopped after O) so I discontinued it.
