I know there have been a slew of posts in the last few weeks asking when we should start sleeping on our side. The most common response has been that your body will let you know when it's no longer safe to sleep on your back. For the past week, I have been getting horrible back pain while sleeping, which I originally blamed on my scoliosis (the pain is in the middle of my back, where the curvature is). After reading all these posts about your body telling you when to stop sleeping on your back, I started to wonder.
So, my question is: for those of you who have gone through this before, what are the signals your body will give? Is back pain one of them?
TIA
