OMG...I have been talking to AT&T for over an hour

seriously people...do you know how to fix my phone or not.  I do not want to have you read the manual to me!  Just send me to someone who has actually used a Blackberry!

    nextel is the same way and I went to the store too...frigging idiot didnt even wanna be bothered...god forbid he gets off the stool and come over to the counter & talk to me.
