What time would you wake her up?

DD didn't take much of a nap yesterday, and went to bed at 8.

She was up and rockin' and rolling from just after 2am until almost 6. Exhausted does not describe my current state adequately.

I'm sure she'll wake up by herself when she's ready though.  Both of mine would be a disaster all day if I woke them.  Not worth it.

 

I'd totally wake her if this was a regular thing and she needed to get back on track.  But just a rare day I'd deal.

Moot point. DS was making some noise, and she's up.

I know she is awake but i am with you I would totally wake her to get her back on her normal schedule.
