Is she crzy or is it me?

I have this friend at school that she is in the BSW program with me and we have all the same classes together. When registration time arrived in Dec I told her that I was going to try to see if there were openings to other classes bc I liked the professors in the other sections. Any who she was so upset didn't speak to me until I saw her at school. Everything finally exploded on Tuesday bc I didn't get the other sections we have the same classes and she is in a group with me for a class project. She complains about assignments which piss me off and acts childish by saying I'm a nerd bc I read the class textbooks. FYI I am 22 and she is 35 yet she acts like she's 10. So she asked me why I am drifting off and started CRYING saying our friendship meant the world to her and she couldn't believe that I didn't want to have the same teachers as her this semester. & said that I am treating her like crap by drifting apart and not caring about her. I was like OMG I met her just last semester we havent been childhood friends or anything.  I said sorry, because she was crying but really I should not apologize for not wanting to take classes with her. Can't wait for this semester to be over I need to run away from her!!! Thank God in the fall I just have an internship and two classes which I hope not to be with her.

    Umm. I'd stay away, very, very far away from this person.

    Also, age is nothing but a number unfortunately. A lot of people seem to never grow up, regardless of their age.

    Yes I def agree with the age thing. I never like to see people cry and said sorry, but I do not like saying sorry when I am not.

    I am also creeped out because she said that the only reason why she came to school last semester was to see me an another classmate.

    This is so not you!  She sounds like the chick in that new movie coming out "The Roommate" or whatever it's called!  Goodluck with the rest of the semester :)
