Hey I saw your Vegas post, seeing as I have never lived anywhere else I just wanted to let you know that any hotel on the strip is nice to stay at.  It really is just what part of the strip you want to stay at.  However stay away from staying anywhere near the Stratosphere, that area down there is HORRIBLE.  

Anyway, a good off strip hotel which is sometimes cheaper is the Rio.  It is hardly off the strip but it is technically called off the strip.

Also, if you are coming, July and Aug are our HOTTEST months.  Like 119-124 degrees.  It's miserable here, regardless of how awesome the pool is.  

I will recommend going to the Bellagio and checking out the blown glass ceiling and the atrium.  I hate Vegas, but that is my favorite part out here.

Thanks!  We are going mid April.  I already thought about the heat!  DH and I hate the heat, I would have like to go in May, but my main reason for going is to see Celine Dion (I know, I know!).  AND mis-thang isn't playing in May!

April is beautiful out here.  One of the only great months out here!!!
