Two toddler clothing questions (ebay and Target)

1. Anyone else feel that Target's (toddler) Circo brand is not all that great anymore? I never thought it was stellar, but lately their stuff is fading a lot and shrinking after just a couple washes.

2. If you have an Ebay store with boy 2-3T sizes will you PM your store?

I haven't had a problem with Circo brand stuff, but lately, my Gymboree stuff is fading and shrinking like crazy!  And, I wash EVERYTHING in cold water.

I think Circo had always shrunk a lot. I've started washing all bright colored clothing inside out, and that seems to help with fading. I wash pretty much all of DD1's clothes in cold too.
