Baby food makers... I need suggestions please.

What do you use for freezing purees? 

I've been putting my purees in an ice cube tray but I'd rather get something else because... 1 - they're really cheap trays and it's hard to pop the cubes out, 2 - I'm not sure that they are BPA free, 3 - there's no cover so I just use foil right now.

I'd like to buy some freezing/storage containers. Any suggestions? Anything you think works really well for this purpose?

Until you get your new ones, I read you shouldn't use foil because tiny shards can get into the food. I read to use plastic wrap.

just pop them out of the ice cube trays and keep them in ziplock freezer bags.

i use the sensible lines milk tray that i once used for freezinng BMs. they have lids too

You can take it out the night before and it will defrost in the fridge, or you can microwave as needed.
