Wash natural/synthetic separate?

Do you all still wash natural and syntheic fibers separately?  I know when you prep you should but what about now?  That will add a lot to the laundry process, but I don't want to ruin them either...

Once they're prepped you can wash everything together. The reason for the initial separation is to prevent the oils from the natural fibers ruining the absorbency of the synthetic. Once the diapers are prepped, the oil is gone.
