Horrible pelvic pressure...come in for queation

Ok so every time we had sex I get horrible pelvic pain like it feels like my crotch is going to fall off...or I want it to so it will stop hurting! It doesn't do it every time but when it does it's horrible. Anyone else getting this?

I did the last time, but not till the next day. Also felt the same as the day after a pelvic exam where they used a speculum. Not fun I think all the extra blood flow down there makes it more sensitive and therefore sore.
