1st Birthday Pics ?

Yesterday was Bella's first birthday!

She had a birthday photo shoot yesterday and I was on the website messing around making cute collages and I was thinking about making a collage of photos on a greeting card and sending to family/friends that don't see her often or haven't ever met/seen her yet (except facebook photos)... since I never did birth announcements alot of family would love these..

My questions is, do you think people will think that I am doing like a "birthday announcement"? and expecting like gifts or cards back?  I'm not, I just thought this collage idea was cute to send out more than one picture?  I don't want them to think that was my intention, if you recieved something like this what would you think?

Also I need help thinking of cute little messege or poem about how she is one. Anybody know any cute phrases or poems for a first birthday greeting card?

I think its a very cute idea.  I don't think it would cross my mind that you were asking for gifts, especially since you didn't do a birth announcement.

why not send the collage card as a valentine's card?? that way you're saying Happy V Day and showing off your babe!

I agree..I wouldn't think you were asking for gifts!  I think it's a good idea.  Look  on etsy at custom birthday invites & you can get some good ideas for wording!  GL

That's a good idea about Valentines day! Wish I would've thought of it before we did pictures and I would've thrown DS in the shoot too, but i think since it's just her i need to keep it simply birthday- or people will be like, Where's Big Brother? KWIM lol

Thanks everyone!  There were so many cute pictures I couldn't just choose one to send out! And the collages are cheaper than printing multiple pictures..
