    Well, it's still out front! LOL I was talking to R9 earlier and I remembered that he doesn't even have a key, so to take it he would literally have to break in. He 'hopefully' realized it was more trouble than it is worth.

    Once I get my tax refund I should be able to get a loan to refinance and not have this hanging over my head anymore *fingers crossed*

    You know, I have the exact same situation.  I forgot to tell you thatlast night.   exH and I have the car in both of our names, and I am supposed to get it refinanced, but I am so upside down in it that I can't find anyone that will cover the loan, and get it for at or below the payment that I am on.

     

    :P

    I am sure exH will take me to court for it.  Oh well!
