DH and I saw these at Bed Bath and Beyond a few years ago. I wanted to buy one then and am still interested in trying one out every time I see the commercial.

I'd be willing to pay $14.99 for the 2 bowls, but the $9.99 for P&H kills me.

I've never seen the commerical, but I just checked it out and I'm pretty sure that we *NEED* one of these.  I looked for reviews and it looks like they do pretty much what they say.  One review said that the shipping was like $10 which is crazy since the 2 bowls only cost a bit more than that... kind of sucks.

Now I wonder if they can withstand my DS shaking the bowl too

My friend (she's on here - Gin&Tonic) has them and said they are awesome, and they work - to the point that she had a hard time emptying scraps from them when washing!

I can roll my eyes at every other "As seen on tv" product.  Not this one.  I NEEEEED it.  (insert me whining like DD does everytime she sees a pillowpet or a fushigi)

Yep.  My kids got them as gifts.  They're pretty awesome.  I held a bowl of (dry - just in case) cereal upside down and nothing spilled.

Very intriguing!  I guarantee, however, my four year old would figure out a way to spill it... within seconds (notice they never show the kid shaking it up and down or moving it really quickly... if it can spill, my child would figure it out. argh!)

Almost curious enough to to go buy one at BB&B (they would take it back, too, if it didn't work....)  Definitely interesting...

Now I want one, too.
