Yeah, I hear ya .... How long do I have to be on the Nest to not be a NEWBIE? I've been here for years .... Do you have to be here from cradle to grave to be something other than a newbie?

I only believe in changing things when there's some sort of improvement involved. This new format doesn't involve improvement, it's just complicating things for the sake of change itself.
