XP - vicks vapor rub

anyone used this while preg?  the sinus infection i have & am on antibiotics for has now moved into my chest. i am so out of breath just sitting i can barely speak.

    Rub it on the bottom of your feet before you go to bed and put socks on. It helps to soothe coughing and will help to ease the tension in your chest.

    Also, if you have a vaporizer put it next to your bed. When my sinus issues get bad I take claritin D, use vicks on my chest and neck and start sucking on cough drops.

    I used it.  Best night of sleep while sick, also. :)
    Baby Boy Born 3.15.11. 8lb 9oz, 21.75in. 6 month stats: 20lb 11oz (92%tile), 30.12in.(100%tile - who knew it went over 99th? Which means 100% of other 6 month olds are shorter than mine!)

    I've used it. And the feet thing actually worked for me too. Put it on the bottoms and then some nice socks. I find a little dab under my nose makes all the difference too.
