Like usual i do not feel like cooking at all.. what is everyone having for dinner?

    DH has to work late, and I'm in charge of cooking tonight. I usually never do the cooking!

    It is cold and rainy here, so I am making Taco Soup.  Yum!

    We're having meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy.  (All homemade, except for the gravy.)  This is the last night of this meal, I made it on Monday and we had it last night too.  I love leftovers, it makes my evening so much easier!

    On Monday I made a roast and a big pot of goulash.  We had the goulash that night and haven'thad the roast yet (I made chili Tues and just ate junk last night b/c DH was out).  So I am heating that up tonight.  It's nice to have dinner already done!!!

    This afternoon I made vegetable soup from a Lidia cookbook I got for Christmas. It took way too long to chop the vegetables, but the soup is amazing. I should have bought some bread to go with it.
