LO canker sore, help!

DS has a cold, and I noticed this morning he has a canker sore on the skin under his tongue, I think its called frenulum. Any one else seen this? I read that its rare for toddlers to get them.

My LO had one once.  while he was really sick with another virus.  I just gave him tylanol or motrin to help with the pain.

DS has had a couple, I know the last time it was after he bit his lip and I noticed it a couple days later. I didn't call the dr about it, I was going to ask about it at his next check up.
