Food!

Ok so who else is craving bad foods a lot!

I have been working so hard at keeping my weight gain to a bare min I have been doing very well and I usually eat very healthy. I am certainly not depriving myself but I am finding it more and more difficult not to indulge frequently! All I crave these days is cake, salt and vinegar chips, candy, more cake, chocolate, did I mention cake?

Today I had hot chocolate with breakfast (toasted bagle with PB) and for lunch chips with a sandqich and a banana. I am not sure what to have for dinner but I am only thinking about dessert! I try to allow myself one treat a day but I am finding myself sneaking more than that :S I need to get on track again! or I'm in trouble!

  • It sounds like you are getting some healthy stuff in there, too.  I've been a huge fan of chocolate, too.  Right now I'm also really big on puffy Cheetos.  Yum!
