quiet time after nap?

I never thought I'd ever ask this . . . 

This has only happened twice and I'm not sure what to do.

My LO takes her nap and then wakes up, but then shows no signs that she wants me to come and get her (standing up in her crib, talking, crying).  SHe just stays in her cribs laying down.

Her usual naptime is about 1:30-4:00.  Or, at least, if she's still asleep at 4, we wake her up.  So, if she wakes up and is just hanging out in her crib, should I just leave her until 4?  (BTW, I know she's up because I see her on our video monitor.)

I guess I kind of figure she wants some quiet alone time or else she'd let me know she wants me to get her.

    I would just leave her for a bit. Maybe get her after 15-30 minutes?

    DS takes some quiet time either before or in place of some naps.  If he's happy, I let him be.  Lately he wants to snuggle after naps (and at 6am, ugh!).
