Why is it hitting me now that there is still so much to do...

I feel like i have a ton left to do..

- hospital bag/ baby bag/ ds overnight bag

- finish nursery painting

- wash all baby's clothes - heck go through ds's old stuff and find stuff that will work and wash that too

- buy receiving blankets and pump

- clean pantry/ closest/ bathrooms

- take down xmas stuff (between being in hospital and work haven't had time yet)

- put car seat in car,

And tons more.... I don't think my vacation that starts sunday is going to be a vacation... probably me nesting and cleaning. Hopefully I can get it all done. Dr's want her here between Feb 4 and Feb 24. We will see...

Anyone else just get hit with all the stuff left to do? Wanna share? Cause maybe I forgot stuff, lol

2 wks ago I had started to pull out some stuff for my bag. then 2 days later I was sent to L&D for PT contractions. when they sent me home I scrambled to finish getting the bags packed. the next day I took down the christmas tree (decor had come down a week prior) and put the swing and bouncy seat together. I had washed all the clothes 2 days before the hospital visit. Luckily we finished the nursery back in Oct. But I always feel like I am missing something.

If it helps I am in the process of moving....not only is there a nursery to prepare but an entire apartment.  I still have to baby showers to look forward too.  I understand everything you are going through. 

So much to do so little time.  I am due March 12 and my lil angel continues to measure to weeks ahead of schedule.

I am so glad that I am in that nesting phase!!!!

I am right there with you.  I haven't packed my hospital bag yet, washed all of the clothes, the crib bedding isn't on, and oh hell... the baby's room doesn't even have a lightbulb in the one, tiny, dim light on the wall!  Installing the carseat base would be helpful too.  I get my best work done at the last minute!

i have gotten a lot accomplished....but I still have a ton more to do also.  Don't worry it will get done.  I have to wash baby clothes, put up the shelf and curtains in the nursery, buy a few other odds and ends, put the carseat in the car, pack my bag, get my dd stuff organized so when my parents take care of her they aren't scrambling around figuring things out, put the swing and bouncy seat together.  I only have three weeks from today, unless she comes sooner.
