My baby was breech at a 33 week ultrasound. I did acupuncture once, burned moxibustion for a week (per acupuncturist's instructions), and went to a chiropractor twice for the Webster technique/adjustment.
Baby was head down last Friday!
I have no idea if the natural remedies worked or if it was time- but I don't regret for a second doing them and would have regretted not trying if the baby had not flipped
EDD with #4 01-20-14 Proud mama to a boys- 6/17/09 - a girl 2/23/11- and a boy 8/20/12
My first one was breech and in tried everything except the version. Nothing worked for me ;( my son was head down for 2 ish weeks and I had horrible sciatic pain and could barely walk so I don't think he was meant to come out that way! Good luck to her!d

I tried everything with DS and ended up with an external version (which was successful.) Trying everything this time with no luck yet (and not much room)
i have no experience in this, but have heard from multiple people that water works. Swimming/ flipping yourself in a pool i guess? Worth looking into...

Kensbride, I was just going to ask you how things are going and I see that you already had your baby!!! Congrats!! Did you post a birth story yet? Did I just miss it? Did you avoid induction? Did you get your med-free birth?
Try https://www.spinningbabies.com/ my good friend's baby turned breach at 39 weeks and she used the techniques on this site. She successfully got him turned back head down over the course of 2 days/nights.

Hi thanks! So glad he's finally here! I was scheduled for an induction Monday the 10th but I told OB I wasnt feeling comfortable with it and wanted to wait and I ended up going into labor on my own that night!! It was a quick and easy birth, though I did end up getting the epidural due to insane back labor. He was born 1/11 9lb 1oz 22 in....big boy!

Re: Sisters baby is breech- turning tips?
I spent two nights on my husband's inversion table last week - 5-10 minutes each time and baby turned sometime after the second night.
There are chiropractors who specialize in the Webster technique that are supposed to be very effective.
