FF Help Needed

So, this morning I accidentally added data for December 18th (which was before CD1 on December 25th).  Immediately afterwards FF shifted my whole calendar.  Technically all data is the same, still shows me as 8DPO.  Is there a way to get my calendar to shift back so that it shows CD1 as 12/25 instead?

    Take the data out and then there is a place to split cycles.  It is a giant pain in the butt though.

    On the left there is a column of links.  Hover over the one that says "Cycles" then click on the "Split a cycle" that pops up off to the side.
