So frustrated!

Ladies, I am just so frustrated with my body. I am on CD25, my OPKs have looked very positive (lines as dark as the control or darker even), but my cervix is still feeling very hard and closed and not really much ewcm. WTF?? Why would I have these +OPKs then if no other signs are there? Not to mention that last cycle I finally O'd a little bit earlier on day 20, so I was hoping for the same this cycle. Before my m/c it was around day 22.

I just wish I could be like a lot of women and just have a normal 28 cycle. I feel like I dont even get the chance to become pg very often because my cycles are so dang long! I think that's the most frustrating thing right now is my long cycles. The +OPKs are whatever...I just don't even believe them anymore. And then I feel like stressing about not O-ing probably makes it take even longer! I'm trying to just keep myself busy with working out (not too hard though or I'll never O) and trying out some new recipes and reading books. I don't know what else to do.

Has anyone tried Vitex to shorten their cycles and has it worked? I've been trying to read up on stuff this weekend. -End Vent (thanks Ladies...no one else understands!)

I haven't tried Vitex so I don't have any advice, but I'm really sorry for your frustration. I feel the same way about the long cycles.

I know EXACTLY how you feel!! With the +OPKs your body could be trying to gear up to O, but for some reason it's just not happening yet.

As for Vitex, I tried it and it actually did the opposite for me. It did not help at all and I had annovulatory cycles. Although I did read that in a very small percentage of women that happens to.
