I got a job offer from the company I really wanted to work for! The job is everything I was looking for...the position, pay, benefits...and the office is 5-minute walk from my home!
I'm so grateful for this opportunity. After staying home for over 2 and a half years, I'm ready to go back to work. It wasn't easy finding this job. While I was job hunting, one HR lady from another company actually told me it'd be hard for them to hire me because I have a kid. Although other companies didn't exactly tell me that, it seemed like they stopped contacting me when I said I have a baby.
But here I am! My 18 mo son is in good hands with his grandma, and I can come home for lunch!
I'm starting in a week:)

I am almost in the same boat as you - just got an amazing job with all the perks and found an amazing daycare for my 1 year old DD. I started from home this week, but will start in the office next week! YAY for blessed opportunities!
