I worked with West at Home, it was before the kids were born, but at the time they paid for the 10-hr training, shifts ran on the hour so you could pick up 1pm-2pm and a 3pm-4pm. You do need a computer (obvisouly, lol), a landline, internet, and a quiet area. It wasn't rocket science or anything, they give you a script to follow. I've also heard of Alpine, but haven't worked for them. I found this website that lists several companies https://www.squidoo.com/virtualcallcenters about half way down is the list. Good luck!
