Parenting after a Loss

I need to quit lurking around the tri boards...

Because it inevitable that I find things that pi$$ me off.

That's what I get for lurking around because I'm bored.

  • Sorry I was trying not to get us all riled up over here...it was the ever awesome "Are you going to have the NT scan/anatomy scan/amnio?" questions and the "I'm going to love my baby no matter what." "I'm going to carry to term whatever the results." "All baby's are precious gifts from God and I wouldn't want to just throw it away because it's not perfect" type of answers were starting to pop up.

Hmm, I don't see what's so wrong with those responses.

Maybe it's all in the delivery but to me those types of responses seem to imply that the women that have them done are just trying to make sure that their baby is perfect and if not they'll terminate. They seem to come off as snarky and judgemental.
