I am considering this stroller for my future NB and 1 yr 3 mo old baby.
Is the best or one of the better configurations putting the toddler closer to you (top of stroller) facing outward and the NB in the front facing you? I have read Amazon.com's reviews and some people say that putting your bigger kid in front makes it too heavy. I'd just like to know your experiences.
Also, is this stroller suitable for doing hills? I do strollerstrides and have the Bob right now, but will not be able to get the duallie for a while, if ever. Sometimes we go to a hilly park and I am just wondering if the Citi mini will work or if I truly have to use a jogging stroller? I used my Chicco travel system a few times on the hills and it worked just fine. TIA for your input.
Re: ?s for those who have citi select and use it as a double stroller
Yes, I think that is the one. Thx Is that the baby jogger?
I have always had #2 closer to me and #1 at the bottom. It is a little heavy and ackward but I always wanted #2 closer to me just b/c he was so young. I think we will switch it up soon b/c he is getting a bit older, so hopefully it won't be so heavy.
I think this stroller would be fine for walking and doing hills, definitey not for running though. I use this stroller every single day including walks when the weather is nicer and its always been really smooth on the road. GL!
Baby Jogger is a brand. The City Select and the City Mini are two different models made by Baby Jogger. Neither of which are actual jogging strollers. I have the City Mini single and we'll be getting a City Mini double. I do like the select, but I was very happy with our City Mini so we're just going to stay with what we know and get that in a double.
