University Doctors - Dr Bramble

I just made my first appointment with Dr Bramble... I will be discussing with her the fact that my husband and I will be starting to try to conceive in a couple months.  Has anyone ever seen Dr Bramble... if so what did you think?

I go there - I've never seen Dr. Bramble, but I love the midwives.  If you are not high-risk a widwife will more than likely be the one delivering your baby.  No complaints here - Sara delivered my baby.  I've recommended them to friends and they all like the practice too!  Good Luck!

I got to university doctors, but like pp I only see the midwives.  I highly suggest them.  They are FABULOUS!

Dr Bramble performed my emergency c-section; it was the first I'd met her as I'd seen the midwives, intent on a low-intervention birth.  (They are fantastic, btw, and I highly recommend Robyn, Katie and Sarah.)  That being said, Dr Bramble was wonderful.  I'd hear she's rather abrupt in her bedside manner but she made me feel super comfortable, was very communicative during the surgery and stopped to check on me afterwards.  She also did my GFs emergency C a year and a half ago and her scar is barely visible.  I hope I'm so lucky but I'm still healing.  Anyway I liked her and would see her again.  Hope you like her too!

Dr. Bramble performed my c-section 3 years ago.  The nurses at the hospital  said the incision and stitches were perfect.  Her bedside manner was great.  She was very compassionate in dealing with my fears and didn't skirt around any issues.  She gives it to you straight.  I hope you like her!  I liked her the best of the doctors there.
