I am constantly STARVING!!
I am blessed with a fast metabolism as it is and when I work out or run, i think it kicks into over drive. And I am EBF so that's not helping matters.
Today I have eaten:
Green smoothie (an orange, banana, 2c frozen fruit, 3c. baby spinach)
Oatmeal with raisins, almonds, honey and hemp hearts
Peanut butter toast
almonds, dried fruit
an apple
baby carrots and broccoli with hummus
turkey sandwhich with lettuce, avocado, tomatoes on whole grain bread
small bowl (1/2c) black beans
handful of Fritos (I know)
another piece of peanut butter toast
protein shake
2 poached eggs with toast
bowl of lucky charms (again, I know)
two slices of turkey
approx 80 oz of water
a cup of decaf coffee
a cup of green tea
And I am still hungry!
And the kicker right now is I am avoiding dairy (DD has a sensitivity). So my go to protein snacks of cottage cheese, yogurt, string cheese etc are a no go.
Anyone else have this problem? What else can I eat?!
I think my husband is going to go crazy if I say "I'm hungry!" one more time...

Mmmmm....tacos! I know what I making for dinner tonight!
When I am not exercising, I tend to forget to eat too. And then when I realize how hungry I am, I binge on whatever I can get my hands on. Not good.
But this is ridiculous! My stomach woke me up this morning because I was so hungry. DH said he could hear it growling while I slept!

See, that's the thing. I don't need to lose weight. If anything I need to worry about keeping my weight up so it doesn't affect my supply.
I have had this issue my whole life (exercise=extreme hunger) but it's amazing how bad it is right now!
Off to eat....again. I am eating us out of house and home!

omg...this is ridiculous! My dd is sleeping and I need to get off the damn computer and go eat and exercise! Oh and a shower would be good too! I am so tired and unmotivated to do anything today!!
Can someone come over and workout with me? lol
Wish I could! It makes it seem so much easier when you work out with someone.
And then we could go out to eat after, lol!

I got motivated and did everything I was suppose too! Laundry...dishes...workout...shower....oh ya and I ate too! A nice healthy turkey sandwich.
LittleMs.Wifey....is it to much to ask to fly out for the day and workout and eat with me!!! Play date for the kiddos! lol...
Not at all! We could use a little sun! I'll start packing right now...
