question for you 30 day shredders!!

I'm thinking about doing that after my 6 week PP check up but i also EBF.  Do any of you EBF and/or have you noticed any issues with your supply?  Also, any advice before i start 'shredding' would be super helpful.  Your posts are all really motivating and inspiring.  TIA!

    I did not EBF so I cannot help you there but I would just check in with your OBGYN at your PP check up.  Again, I have only been at it for 3 days but I think the 20 minute aspect makes it a great tool for a new or busy mom.

  • This is my second time doing the Shred and both times I have been EBF.

    Just make sure you are drinking lots of fluids and eating enough calories and you should be fine. 

    I didn't notice a drop in supply or anything unless I was doing long periods of exercise (long runs, long workouts at the gym). The Shred is only 20 minutes so it never seemed to affect it.

    Like pp said, talk to you dr about it too. GL!
