    DS loves chomping on his Sophie. The damn Seahorse is talked about like a magic "go to sleep" drug...yeah, not so much for us.

    I agree that the sea horse isn't a "go to sleep drug" but it has certainly saved us during changing table struggles.  For whatever reason, that light always catches DS's eyes and calms him down.

    We got Sophie as a gift, and it's now my pug's favorite toy.  We also have a seahorse - Carter loves to stare at it when he's in it's crib, but I think it's "magical" powers have been severely exaggerated.
